I've recently finished my linguistic analysis of Constantin von Tischendorf's 8th edition of the Greek New Testament. This has been made available as an Emdros database over at SourceForge.Net:

The database has lots of linguistic information for each word, such as person-number-gender-case, or tense-voice-mood for verbs, as well as part of speech and a number of other categories. Also, Book-Chapter-Verse boundaries are included.
